Each session begins with a short conversation about how you feel and what you would like. This lets me tailor the treatment to you. Please let me know in advance about any health restrictions, pregnancy or medication.
Sessions take place in a calm, private treatment room where you can arrive and switch off. I work with high-quality products and take care of cleanliness and hygiene.
Whether you want a break from everyday life, deep relaxation or simply to do something good for yourself – I accompany you mindfully and at your own pace.
