Legal framework for my services and courses
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, treatments, consultations, and courses offered and conducted by Vékony Massagen, a sole proprietorship of Andrea Vékony (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). By booking an appointment or registering for a course, the client fully accepts these conditions.
The offered massages, Reiki sessions and Access Consciousness® treatments serve exclusively for relaxation, wellbeing and personal development. They do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. In case of health issues, the client is obliged to consult a doctor or therapist beforehand.
All treatments are by prior appointment only. Agreed appointments are binding. Cancelling or rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if the client does not attend without cancelling, the Provider charges the full price of the booked treatment. Payment is made on site in cash, by bank card or TWINT, or in advance by bank transfer.
Registration for courses is made via the course registration on this website with the course contract shown there and is binding. The place is only confirmed once the deposit stated in the course contract has been received in time; otherwise the place may be given to someone else. The remaining amount is payable at the latest when the course starts. For cancellations up to 14 days before the course starts, the deposit is forfeited; any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded. For later cancellations, the full course fee is due unless a substitute participant can be provided.
Participation in all sessions, treatments, and courses is at your own risk. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the application of the conveyed content or the treatments, unless these are based on gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for wardrobe and valuables.
The Provider reserves the right to change the GTC and the prices for services and courses at any time. For already booked and confirmed appointments or courses, the prices and conditions valid at the time of booking apply.
Swiss law applies exclusively to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the Provider in Wettingen, Switzerland.
